Jason and the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate me on all levels. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, they went way out of their way to explain the issues with the transmission, put me in contact with the rental car agency, return my car to me in the time frame promised, and they did all of this at a fair price.

My transmission failed 12 days before vacation and needed a transmission rebuild. I spoke over the phone and was told they could do it on Monday and I'd have it back no later then Thursday. Bradshaw's Transmission Annex was right on the money on everything we spoke about.
